BANKRUPTCY RULES - RULE 35

Lodgment of bill

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) The bill or charges shall be lodged with—

   (a)  (if incurred before the appointment of a trustee) the provisional
        trustee; or

   (b)  (if incurred after the appointment of a trustee) the trustee.

(2) The provisional trustee or trustee, as the case may be, shall lodge the
bill or charges with the taxing officer. (L.N. 123 of 2007)
