BANKRUPTCY RULES - RULE 24

Discovery

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 25 of 1998 s. 2 Discovery and
examination under section 29

Any party to any proceeding in court may with the leave of the court
administer interrogatories to or obtain discovery of documents from any other
party to such proceeding. Proceedings under this rule shall be regulated as
nearly as may be by the provisions in the Rules of the High Court ( Cap 4 sub.
leg. A) for the time being in force in relation to discovery and inspection.
An application for leave under this rule may be made ex parte.
