Application of section 125

Exemption from stamp duty

For the purposes of section 125 of the Ordinance, "bankruptcy" (破產案)
shall include any proceeding under the Ordinance whether before or after
adjudication, and whether an adjudication is made or not, and "bankrupt"
(破產人) shall include any debtor proceeded against under the Ordinance.
