BANKRUPTCY RULES - RULE 21
Notice of deposit
Caution: This is a past version. See the current version here.
Where a person makes a deposit of money in lieu of giving a bond, the
Registrar shall forthwith give notice to the person to whom the security is to
be given of such deposit having been made. [cf. R. 46]
