BANKRUPTCY RULES - RULE 19
Justification by sureties

The sureties shall make an affidavit of their sufficiency unless the opposite
party dispenses with such affidavit, and such sureties shall attend the court
to be cross-examined, if required. (See Form 21) [cf. R. 44]
