BANKRUPTCY RULES - RULE 18

Notice of sureties

In all cases where a person proposes to give a bond by way of security, he
shall serve, by post or otherwise, on the opposite party and on the Registrar,
notice of the proposed sureties, and the Registrar may give notice to both
parties of the time and place at which he proposes that the bond shall be
executed and may state in the notice that, should the proposed obligee have
any valid objection to make to the sureties or either of them, it must be made
at that time. (See Form 20) [cf. R. 43]
