BANKRUPTCY RULES - RULE 10
Meetings summoned by court

Where the court orders a general meeting of creditors to be summoned under
rule 5 of the Meetings of Creditors Rules, ( Cap. 6 sub. leg.) it shall be
summoned as the court directs, and in default of any direction by the court
the Official Receiver, if a trustee other than the Official Receiver has been
appointed, shall transmit a sealed copy of the order to the trustee; and the
trustee (if any) or the Official Receiver (if no trustee has been appointed)
shall, not less than 7 days before such meeting, send a copy of the order to
each creditor at the address given in his proof, or when he has not proved,
the address given in the list of creditors by the debtor, or such other
address as may be known to the trustee or the Official Receiver. (See Form 39)
