"Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 3(1) of
the Loans Ordinance on the 1st October 1975. RESOLVED, in exercise of the
powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Loans  Ordinance and in substitution
for the Resolution passed by this Council on the 13th August 1975 and
published as Legal Notice 197 of 1975, that the Government be authorized to
borrow for the purposes of general revenue a sum or sums not exceeding in
total the equivalent of US$60 million. (L.N. 231 of 1975)"
