IMPORT AND EXPORT (REGISTRATION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 13B
Duty of specified agent
(1) A specified agent shall not send any information on behalf of a person
using services provided by a specified body unless the specified agent has
obtained from the person an authorization in writing to do so.
(2) A specified agent who contravenes paragraph (1) commits an offence and is
liable to a fine at level 3. (L.N. 544 of 1995)
