EXPORT (PRESCRIBED ARTICLES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4

Exemption for certain ferry passengers

Section 6D(2) of the Ordinance shall not apply to a passenger carrying an
article prescribed in the Schedule as part of his baggage, for his own use
other than for trade or business, on a ferry vessel as defined in regulation 2
of the Shipping and Port Control (Ferry Terminals)  Regulations ( Cap 313 sub.
leg. H), or as defined in section 2 of the
Merchant Shipping (Local Vessels) (Ferry Terminals) Regulation ( Cap 548 sub.
leg. B), operating between- (24 of 2005 s. 55)

   (a)  a terminal in Hong Kong and a place in Macau; or

   (b)  a terminal in Hong Kong and another place in China. (L.N. 41 of 1991;
