IMPORT AND EXPORT (GENERAL) REGULATIONS - SCHEDULE 6
[regulations 6 & 7]
1. Frozen or chilled beef, mutton, pork, veal or lamb, and the frozen or chilled offal of any animal from which such meat is derived.
*2. The frozen or chilled carcass of a domestic fowl, duck, goose or turkey or any part of such a carcass.
*3. Any frozen or chilled part of a bird mentioned in item 2 which is edible or used in the preparation of food, other than the carcass or a part of the carcass of such a bird.

Note:
* Various amendments were made by the Import and Export (General) (Amendment) Regulation 2000 (L.N. 142 of 2000). Section 6 of that Regulation provides as follows-
"6. Transitional arrangement for existing licences under
the Reserved Commodities (Control of Imports,
Exports and Reserve Stocks) Regulations
Any licence issued under the Reserved Commodities (Control of Imports, Exports and Reserve Stocks) Regulations (Cap 296 sub. leg. A) ("first Regulation") for the import of an item specified as items 2 and 3 in the Schedule to the first Regulation immediately before the commencement# of this Regulation and in force at that commencement has effect after that commencement as if issued under section 3 of the Import and Export Ordinance (Cap 60).".
# Commencement date: 1 August 2000.
