IMPORT AND EXPORT (GENERAL) REGULATIONS - SCHEDULE 4

Textiles traders carrying on business of-

   (a)  importing textiles from the Mainland;

   (b)  exporting textiles to-

        (i)    the Mainland; (L.N. 4 of 2006)

        (ii)   the United States of America; or

        (iii)  the Member States of the European Union; or (L.N. 4 of 2006)

   (c)  handling transhipment cargo of textiles from any country or place and
        to any country or place.
