OFFENCES BY PROPRIETOR AND PENALTIES

A proprietor of an industrial undertaking who contravenes any of the
provisions of regulation 14, 16, 18(2), 19, 19A, 20 or 21(2) commits an
offence and is liable to a fine of $50000. (Enacted 1986; L.N. 51 of 1994;
