FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (ASBESTOS) SPECIAL - REGULATION 9

Offence in respect of cleaning

(1) A proprietor of an industrial undertaking who uses an asbestos process and
fails to comply with regulation 7 commits an offence and is liable to a fine
of $50000.

(2) A proprietor of an industrial undertaking who uses an asbestos process and
carries out the cleaning required by regulation 7 otherwise than in accordance
with regulation 8 commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $50000. (L.N.
