FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (ASBESTOS) SPECIAL - REGULATION 5
Offences in respect of exhaust ventilation

(1) A proprietor of an industrial undertaking who uses an asbestos process and
fails to comply with regulation 4(1) commits an offence and is liable to a
fine of $50000.
(2) A proprietor of an industrial undertaking who uses an asbestos process and
fails to comply with regulation 4(2) commits an offence and is liable to a
fine of $50000. (Enacted 1986. L.N. 49 of 1994)
