FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (ELECTRICITY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 33

Saving

The provisions of these regulations shall be in addition to and not in
derogation of the provisions of-

   (a)  regulation 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (d) of the Factories and Industrial
        Undertakings (Cargo Handling) Regulations ( Cap 59 sub. leg. K);

   (b)  regulation 47(1) of the Construction Sites (Safety) Regulations (
        Cap 59 sub. leg. I);

   (c)  the Electricity Ordinance ( Cap 406). (16 of 1990 s. 62)
