Precaution for apparatus utilizing high voltage

Where necessary as a precaution against electrical hazard all apparatus
operating at high voltage, shall have placed and displayed in a visible
position at, on or near such apparatus a notice in red characters and letters
each not less than 50 mm high on a white background reading
"危險－高壓電 力 DANGER HIGH VOLTAGE".
