FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (ELECTRICITY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 21
Provision and use of protective stands, screens, boots and gloves
(1) Portable insulating stands, screens, mats and covers and insulating boots,
gloves or other protective equipment shall be provided and maintained in good
condition for use where necessary as a protection against electrical hazard.
(2) Every person working on apparatus shall make proper use of any equipment
provided under paragraph (1).
