FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (PROTECTION OF EYES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 9

Offences

(1) Any proprietor of an industrial undertaking to which these regulations
apply who contravenes any of the provisions of regulation 5, 6 or 7 shall be
guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of $50000. (L.N. 41 of
1994)

(2) Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of regulation 8 shall be
guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of $10000. (L.N. 328
of 1981)
