FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (PROTECTION OF EYES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4

Specifications

(1) Eye protectors, shields or fixed shields provided under these regulations
for the use of persons in any industrial undertaking to which these
regulations apply shall be made in conformity with such specifications as the
Commissioner may, by notice in the Gazette, declare to be approved
specifications for the purposes of these regulations.

(2) The Commissioner may, by notice in the Gazette, revoke, replace or amend
any notice under paragraph (1) or any specification therein.
