FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (CARTRIDGE-OPERATED FIXING TOOLS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 11
Operators to hold certificates of competency
(1) A tool shall not be used other than by a person who holds a
certificate of competency.
(2) A certificate of competency shall be in a form approved by the
Commissioner.
