Rescue from drowning

(1) A proprietor shall ensure that provision for the rescue from drowning of
persons employed is made and maintained.

(2) The provision required to be made under paragraph (1) shall-

   (a)  include life-saving appliances;

   (b)  be reasonably adequate having regard to all the circumstances; and

   (c)  be readily accessible for use on the dock, quay or wharf.
