FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (CARGO AND CONTAINER HANDLING) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 18
Offences of persons employed
Any person employed or engaged in cargo or container handling, who wilfully
and without reasonable cause does anything likely to endanger himself or
others shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a
fine of $50000. (L.N. 214 of 1992; L.N. 25 of 1994)
