FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (CARGO AND CONTAINER HANDLING) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 10A
Stability of stacks of containers
The proprietor shall, so far as reasonably practicable, ensure that-
(a) the stacking, unstacking of containers, or the handling in connection
therewith, is carried out in a safe and secure manner;
(b) containers are stored, stacked or otherwise arranged in such a manner
that no danger is caused to any person; and
(c) the ground upon which containers are stacked is maintained in a level
and firm condition. (L.N. 214 of 1992)
