FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (CARGO AND CONTAINER HANDLING) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 10
Safe means of stacking or unstacking
Where stacking or unstacking of cargo or goods, or handling in connexion
therewith, cannot be safely carried out unaided by some method of securing the
cargo or goods, reasonable measures to guard against accident shall be taken
by shoring or otherwise.
