FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (LIFTING APPLIANCES AND LIFTING GEAR) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 7H
Erection, dismantling or alteration of cranes to be under supervision of a competent person
The owner of a crane shall ensure that-
(a) it is not erected, or dismantled; or
(b) the structure thereof, as originally designed, is not altered, except
under the supervision of a competent person. (L.N. 285 of 1993)
