FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (LIFTING APPLIANCES AND LIFTING GEAR) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 20

Offences by persons employed

Any workman employed or working on or near any lifting appliance or
lifting gear to which these regulations apply, who wilfully and without
reasonable cause does anything likely to endanger himself or others shall be
guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $50000.
