FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (LIFTING APPLIANCES AND LIFTING GEAR) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 2
Application
(1) These regulations shall apply to lifting appliances and lifting gear used
for raising or lowering or as a means of suspension in any industrial
undertaking. (L.N. 191 of 1978; L.N. 285 of 1993)
