FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (LIFTING APPLIANCES AND LIFTING GEAR) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 12A
Competent person to be in charge if load left suspended
The owner of a lifting appliance shall ensure that no load is left suspended
from a lifting appliance unless a competent person is in charge of the
lifting appliance during the period of suspension. (L.N. 191 of 1978)
