CONSTRUCTION SITES (SAFETY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 8A

Exemption from cabin requirements

Regulation 8 shall not apply-

   (a)  where the driver or operator is indoors or otherwise adequately
        protected from the weather;

   (b)  to a hoist other than a hoist operated only from one position
        alongside the winch;
