CONSTRUCTION SITES (SAFETY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 64
Provision of stretchers
The contractor responsible for a construction site at which 50 or more workmen
are employed shall-
(a) cause a stretcher to be provided at the site; and
(b) ensure that it is kept alongside the first aid box or cupboard
provided for the purposes of regulation 61 and is maintained at all
times in a serviceable condition.
