CONSTRUCTION SITES (SAFETY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 55
Sanitary conveniences, etc.
The contractor responsible for a construction site shall provide sufficient
and suitable latrine and washing conveniences on the site and, where persons
of both sexes are or are intended to be employed, such conveniences shall
afford proper separate accommodation for persons of each sex.
