CONSTRUCTION SITES (SAFETY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4

Exemptions

If the Commissioner is satisfied that, in case of any particular class or
description of plant or of any special description or method of work, the
application of any requirement of these regulations relating to safety or
health is, in certain circumstances, not necessary in the interests of safety
or not reasonably practicable, he may, by certificate in writing under his
hand, grant an exemption from that requirement in the case of that class or
description of plant or of that special description or method of work in such
circumstances and subject to such conditions as may be specified in the
certificate.
