FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (ELECTROLYTIC CHROMIUM PROCESS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 2

Interpretation

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires-

"bath" (電解槽) means any vessel used for an electrolytic chromium process
or for any process subsequent thereto;

"electrolytic chromium process" (電解鉻工序) means the electrolytic
plating, polishing or oxidation of articles wholly or partly consisting of
metal by the use of an electrolyte containing chromic acid or other chromium
compound;

"employee" (僱員) means a person employed in any process involving contact
with liquid or vapour from a bath.
