FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (ELECTROLYTIC CHROMIUM PROCESS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 11
Offence and penalties
PART IV
OFFENCES AND PENALTIES
(1) The proprietor of an industrial undertaking who contravenes any of the
provisions of regulations 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 shall be guilty of an offence and
shall-
(a) in respect of a contravention of regulation 4 or 5, be liable on
conviction to a fine of $50000; and (L.N. 19 of 1994)
(b) in respect of a contravention of regulation 6, 7 or 8, be liable on
conviction to a fine of $10000.
(2) Any employee who contravenes any of the provisions of regulations 9 and 10
shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of $10000.
