FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (WOODWORKING MACHINERY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 18
Exclusion of certain regulations
Regulations 10, 13, and 14(2) and (3) shall not apply to a woodworking
machine in respect of which it can be shown that other safeguards are provided
and maintained, which render the machine equally safe as it would be if
guarded in the manner specified in these regulations.
