Penalties

PART VII

MISCELLANEOUS

A person who is guilty of an offence-

   (a)  against regulation 15 or 25, shall be liable on conviction to a fine
        of $50000;

   (b)  against regulation 17, 18, 27, 28, 29, 33, 36(2)(a), 37(2)(a), 38, 39,
        43, 44, 45, 48, 52, 53, 54(3)(a) or 56(2)(a), shall be liable on
        conviction to a fine of $30000;

   (c)  against regulation 9, 14, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 30, 31, 32,
        34, 35, 36(2)(b), 37(2)(b), 40, 41, 42, 46, 47, 49, 50, 51, 54(3)(b),
        56(2)(b), or 57, shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $10000.
