QUARRIES (SAFETY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 55
Commissioner may permit work on face exceeding maximum height
The Commissioner or any officer authorized in writing by the Commissioner for
Labour may if he thinks fit in any particular case give permission in writing
for work on any face in a quarry to be carried on notwithstanding that the
height of the face exceeds 25 metres. (L.N. 238 of 1984)
