QUARRIES (SAFETY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 51
Offence to go under certain mechanical equipment
(1) No person in a quarry shall go or remain underneath-
(a) any object suspended by a lifting appliance;
(b) the arc of travel of a bucket of any mechanical loading equipment
which is in operation; or
(c) a loaded bucket of any mechanical loading equipment.
(2) Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
