FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (NOTIFICATION OF OCCUPATIONAL DISEASES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4
Offences and penalties
Any person who contravenes regulation 3 (1) shall be guilty of an offence and
shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of $10000. (L.N. 317 of 1981)
