Prevention of spread of asbestos

A proprietor shall take such measures as may be necessary to prevent or, where
this is not reasonably practicable, reduce to the lowest level reasonably
practicable, the spread of the asbestos from any place where work with
asbestos is carried out, including providing in cases where there is risk of
spread of asbestos dust in the use of changing and washing facilities,
separate facilities for washing and changing of personal protective clothing,
of personal clothing and of respiratory protective equipment.
