FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (ASBESTOS) REGULATION - SECT 26

Transitional

For assessment of work under section 5(1) where work with asbestos has been
commenced before the coming into operation of this Regulation or within 28
days after that date, it shall be sufficient compliance with that section if
the proprietor makes the assessment within 28 days after the date of coming
into operation of this Regulation.
