Offences by proprietors

PART VII

OFFENCES AND PENALTIES

Any proprietor who fails to comply with section 5(1), (3) or (4), 6(1),

(3) or (4), 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12(1), 13(1) or (2), 14, 15, 16, 17(1), (2),

(3) or (5), 18, 19, 20 or 21 commits an offence and is liable to a fine at
level 5.
