Form of notification and prohibition notice
Notification
(50 of 1985 s. 9)
Every notification under section 9 of the Ordinance and every prohibition
notice under section 9A of the Ordinance shall be in such form as the
Commissioner for Labour may from time to time approve by notice in the
Gazette.
