EMPLOYMENT OF YOUNG PERSONS (INDUSTRY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 21

Penalty for contravention of regulation 6

The employer of young persons in an industrial under taking in which any
person is permitted to do anything in contravention of any of the provisions
of regulation 6 commits an offence and is liable to a fine at level 3.
