EMPLOYMENT OF YOUNG PERSONS (INDUSTRY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 19

Penalty for contravention of regulation 8(1), 9, 11(2), 13, 14, 15 or 16

The employer of young persons in an industrial undertaking-

   (a)  who contravenes regulation 15 or 16; or

   (b)  in respect of which regulation 8(1), 9, 11(2), 13 or 14 is
        contravened, commits an offence and is liable to a fine at level 5.
