TUNG CHUNG CABLE CAR BYLAW - SECT 27
Flying materials endangering safety or operations
No person shall cause or permit any kite, balloon, model or other thing to fly
which may in the reasonable opinion of an authorized official endanger the
safety on, or the proper operation of, the Cable Car System.
