TUNG CHUNG CABLE CAR BYLAW - SECT 14
Entry and travel without ticket
No person shall, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse—
(a) enter or leave or attempt to enter or leave the paid area; or
(b) travel or attempt to travel on the Cable Car System, without first
paying his fare and obtaining a valid ticket appropriate to the
circumstances of his intended journey and using that ticket as
required by the conditions of issue of such ticket.
