Primary stabilizing action

PART 3

STABILIZING ACTION

The stabilizing manager may take all or any of the following actions in
respect of any relevant securities during the stabilizing period-

   (a)  purchase, or agree to purchase, any of the relevant securities;

   (b)  offer or attempt to do anything as described in paragraph (a), for the
        sole purpose of preventing or minimizing any reduction in the market
        price of the relevant securities.
