SECURITIES AND FUTURES (STOCK MARKET LISTING) RULES - SECT 10

Provisions supplementary to sections 8 and 9

(1) At any hearing held by the Commission to receive oral representations made
to it under section 9(3)(b)(iii), the issuer and the recognized exchange
company each have the right to be represented by its counsel or solicitor.

(2) If representations are made under section 9(1) or (2) against a direction
made under section 8(1) then, pending the decision of the Commission under
section 9(3), all dealings in the securities concerned shall remain suspended.
